At First Team Construction we will evaluate your individual project and come up with the best solution to secure your home,and most of the time the addition is built out to 90% complete before we penetrate any openings into your living area,all projects cant be done in this fashion but we will make sure to secure your home if it must be opened up to access another area.

2. Will my Yard be damaged during construction?

We will make every effort to protect your yard from worker and truck traffic,this sometimes will consist of laying down wood or plastic runners for the crew to gain access to your property, every property is handled in a different manner.We always discuss this with the home owner prior to project start.

3. Will my new Roof drain correctly?

We will discuss in detail all possible design options with you as well as if your home needs gutters or any type of drainage system after the new addition is constructed on your property.

4. Will my Heating and Air conditioning unit/s work efficiently?

First Team will always discuss the possibilities of adding rooms to your home and how it will effect your Cooling and heating needs.

5. How will it look when completed?

We have several ways to determine this based on project budget, we have a team of Architects, Draftsman, and Engineers that can render drawings for you of the before and after pictures of your home.
